Roll Thread Turnaround SleevesIn some special threading applications, you may have the need to thread a part that will not feed into a rail system from a vibratory feeder, unless you hand feed them. We have designed and made many turn around systems that can eliminate hand feeding of these type of parts.
Our solution: The part will be fed normally thru the vibrator feed bowl and half way down the rail system the part will go thru a 180 degree turn around that will invert the part, re-install it on the rail and thread the part that would normally have to be hand fed. We can either manufacture a turnaround that you have designed or you can send us samples of the parts and we can design a turnaround to work for your specific needs. Including aftermarket turnarounds that fit Chun Zu, Hartford, Waterbury, EW Menn, Sanmei, Saspi, Manville, Landis and more. |
